Place Your Order

We have done our best to create an assortment of "Boxes" that will fill your needs.  We have utilized the space to the best of our ability to ensure your items arrive Fresh, Intact and Promptly.

When will my order ship?

As long as your order is received by MIDNIGHT on WEDNESDAY, your order will ship out the following week INVENTORY PERMITTING.  We ship Monday through Thursday.  We do NOT ship on FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.  With the current status of our country, we may experience delays in receiving products or ingredients, we will try everything in our power to get your box shipped out within that time frame.  Unfortunately delays may happen.  Please feel free to reach out with any concerns you may have.

Why is Shipping $25 per Box?

We ship each "BOX" in its own box.  Therefore each box incurs shipping charges and costs related to packaging. We add in- at minimum- 1 pound of dry ice at shipping.  If your box arrives and you can’t SEE the dry ice, it’s evaporated.  We are working hard to create many different "Box" options so you may get all of the goodies you are looking for in one box.  Hopefully soon we will have more options available.  Keep checking back and also feel free to send an email to to request a quote for your own specialty box! 

Why can't I create my own Box?

Our cooler boxes are made especially for us to ensure your items are kept cold while in transit.  At this time we are packing them to get the most use of the space and to also ensure they arrive without damage.  Caroline's baked goods can be fragile and no one wants a box to arrive with crushed food.  As we move forward and perfect these options, more items and combo boxes will be added.  If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How do I know my order shipped?

When we print your shipping label, an automatic email will be sent to you stating your package is on the way.  We can sometimes print the labels on Monday yet not ship your box until Wednesday.  Please check your tracking to monitor the status and location of your box.

I placed my order and now I won't be home, how do I change my shipping date?

If you have a need to contact us, please give us a call at 281-205-7774 or send an email to  Giving us a call during business hours will be the most efficient mode of contact and getting help immediately.  Sending an email may take a bit longer however.

How do I Re Heat my Tamales?

Re Heating your #TamaleMagic is very simple.  From Frozen, place the UNOPENED package in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes.  Carefully remove the package, cut open with scissors and enjoy!!   From Thawed, you follow the same process but only heat for 10 minutes or so.  

You can also place the UNOPENED package in a crock pot or steamer with a couple of inches of water in the bottom until heated through.
